Our shipyard

Fifteen thousand square metres of craft

At our shipyard in Al Hidd, a team of more than two hundred marine engineers, designers and craftspeople brings every project to life, from luxury HotelYachts and private villas to large-scale floating resorts, beach clubs and destination marinas.

Each build integrates innovation, sustainability and precision engineering, and because hulls, structures, joinery and interiors are made under one roof, we can deliver projects that are scalable, modular and fully customisable.

CEO's message

“At V-Marine, we believe the future of tourism, hospitality and real estate will not be limited by land. It will float.”

We recognise the achievements of architects and developers on land, and the pioneering spirit of marine innovation. Our mission is to bring these worlds together, creating floating resorts, marinas, leisure hubs and waterfront cities that inspire new ways of living, travelling and experiencing the world.

Today, countries and investors are seeking sustainable, resilient and visionary solutions for tourism and coastal development. At V-Marine, we empower architects, governments and private partners with the tools, expertise and creativity needed to design floating destinations that align with national visions and global sustainability goals.

Together, we are shaping a new chapter for tourism and urban living, one where architecture rises above the sea, powered by innovation, respect for nature and human imagination.

Because the most exciting opportunities of tomorrow will not only be built on land. They will rise on water.
